Our Lavender, Peppermint and Chamomile filling is only available in the "Sweet Dreams" pillow and it contains barley, flaxseed, lavender and chamomile buds, peppermint leaves and essential oils.

Our Lavender Eye Pillows are filled with flaxseed, lavender buds and essential oil.

We offer several options in our herbal pillows:

Boo Boo Bag - A smaller herbal bag for children. It measures 7" x 6" and it's filled with .50 pounds of our Lavender and Peppermint filling. Kids will absolutely love having their own special bag when they're not feeling well or have a bump from a fall. They can be used as cold packs when stored in the freezer, or they can be heated in the microwave and used as a heat pack. Just the right size for the little ones! Pick out a fun fabric that'll help lift their spirits when they're down.

Sweet Dreams Pillow - We've had many customers tell us they've lost their herbal pillows to their young children, who often use them as their "Sweet Dreams" pillow. We've decided to offer a small pillow that children can call their own and use at bedtime. The pillows measure 10"x10" and are available in many different fabrics that children are sure to love. The pillows are filled with our Lavender, Peppermint and Chamomile filling, perfect to help the children get to sleep and start their "Sweet Dreams".

Original Size Herbal Pillow - This herbal pillow is what started the business! The aromatherapy pillow measures 15"x6" and is filled with 1.5 pounds of our Lavender and Peppermint herbal filling. This size is a MUST HAVE in your collection of herbal products! It can be used warm or cold and it's available in a wide variety of fabrics. Travel Size Herbal Pillow - The Travel Pillow is made for those demanding a larger pillow for areas needing a little more TLC. It measures 16" x 12" and contains 4 pounds of our Lavender and Peppermint herbal filling. It's the perfect size to tuck away in your travel bags for an overnight stay in an unfamiliar bed, or to comfort aching muscles from a long, cramped flight. Travel Herbal Pillows can be heated in the microwave or chilled in the freezer for added comfort.

Herbal Wraps - Our Herbal Wraps are designed to not only allow an option for neck and shoulder therapy, but the shape allows for wrapping sore muscles or an injured joint from sports injuries or arthritis pain. The pillow measures 26" x 6" and is divided into three sewn compartments holding our Lavender and Peppermint herbal filling. These bags can be heated in the microwave or chilled in the freezer to intensify the soothing properties.

Lavender Eye Pillows - Our Lavender Eye Pillows are made of either silk, satin or other selected fabrics which work nicely to conform to the face to provide comfort to tired eyes or ease the pain of headaches. They're filled with a mixture of flaxseed, lavender buds and essential oil. We recommend storing these pillows in the freezer, in an airtight bag, so they're always ready for use.

Common Applications:
Relaxation: Use warm or cold. Find a relaxing spot and allow the aroma to take you away.

Headache: Use cold for migraines and warm for sinus or tension headaches.

Aches and Pain: Lightly mist the pillow with water and use warm. Apply to the area of discomfort.

Stress/Depression: Use warm and gently apply to the neck and shoulder area. Lie down and relax.

Insomnia: Store the pillow under your sleeping pillow during the day. Turn your sleeping pillow over at night and sleep on the scented side. Try placing the herbal pillow next to your sleeping pillow for added scent throughout the night. You may also warm and apply to the chest area for approximately 10 minutes prior to bedtime.

Colds and Flu: Use warm and apply to the chest area.

Cramps: Use warm and apply to the area of discomfort.

Ear Aches: Lightly mist, use warm and place over the ear.

ALWAYS REFER TO THE HEATING AND COOLING INSTRUCTION CARD PROVIDED WITH EACH PRODUCT.

The heating times vary depending on the size of the pillow. The pillows should always be removed from the plastic storage bags prior to heating. Heating times have been determined using an 1100 watt microwave....do not use the oven or any other heating device to warm your pillow.

Always ensure the pillow is not too hot before applying directly to skin.

Be careful to not overheat the pillows as you can burn the herbal filling. We recommend storing your pillows in an airtight bag between uses.

If you prefer to use it cold, keep it stored in the freezer or refrigerator in the airtight bag. Always allow cold or frozen bags to rest for at least 30 minutes before heating in the microwave for warm usage.
